Zachary Ahmad-Kahloon works at the Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention Program (SHARPP) at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as the Male Victim Program Coordinator and Educator. He has a unique mesh of experience as a hotline advocate and a prevention educator mixed with a background in social justice. As his position is a relatively new position at SHARPP, Zachary has been working with off-campus initiatives to develop and implement a program for male survivors on the UNH campus. He delivers a suite of prevention programming to a students, faculty, and staff across campus while still serving as an advocate when needed. He has developed and is now conducting workshops on male victimization across the state of NH and nationally with a variety of audiences and professions. Zachary serves chair of the UNH President’s Commission on the Status of LGBTQ+ People that is a combines faculty, staff, and students from across the UNH campuses to look at systemic issues that face the LGBTQ+ population at UNH.
