Rachel Stewart is the Interpersonal Violence Prevention Coordinator at Bucknell University. At Bucknell, she is responsible for overseeing all prevention and education programs, including supervising the Speak UP Bucknell peer education program, a group of 40 volunteer undergraduate students who undergo a 40+ hour training curriculum before serving the campus community as educators and resources. Rachel's passion for social justice and ending sexual and interpersonal violence began in her early undergraduate years as a Violence Against Women Prevention Program peer facilitator at the University of Connecticut, where she also co-founded a national student organization, Revolution Against Rape. Rachel holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and an Ed.M. in Higher Education from Harvard University. Rachel is an active member of CAPPA and also serves as the Social Media Chair for the NASPA Sexual and Relationship Violence Prevention, Education, and Response Knowledge Community.
